Professional background

I completed my BA in Psychology in Ireland in 2006, followed by an MA in Psychology at the University of Debrecen, which I completed in 2013. I completed my MA in Psychotherapy and my postgraduate training in Ireland between 2017 and 2021.

My psychotherapeutic training was grounded in Carl Rogers' humanistic approach, with a strong emphasis on Gestalt and body-oriented methods. Body-oriented psychotherapy is a therapeutic approach that supports understanding and processing psychological experiences not only through dialogue, but also through bodily sensations, reactions, and signals. Body and mind are closely interconnected: emotions, stress, and past experiences often manifest on a physical level as well.

I have been working with adult clients since 2019, supporting people facing a wide range of difficulties and life situations. A core principle of my work is that all emotions have a place in therapy.

Until 2025, I was an active member of the Irish Association for Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy, and from 2026 I continue my affiliation with the organisation as a passive member.
